Towards Maturity has already revealed some trends from its latest major Benchmark survey, though the organisation is stressing there is still time to be part of the survey which closes this Friday
Early findings of the study show that 62% of respondents plan to increase the amount of their training budget spent on learning technologies. Benchmarking your learning technologies can help at any stage of implementing learning – whether you have just started, your technology is delivering good results or you are in a rut and don’t know what do to next.
Taking part in Towards Maturity’s free benchmark is easy and, on completion, you get a complimentary paper entitled 101 Tips for success and a free personalised benchmark report, worth £300 by mid-August.
Kelly Thomas, Thomson Reuters’ Global Head of Sales & Services Learning wrote after completing the study and receiving her personalised benchmark, “Thank you for my 2012 personalised report, I am kicking myself for not using this when I first stepped into my role. I missed a great opportunity to make my life easier and the team even more effective. I won’t make that mistake again!
Hundreds of organisations have already taken part in the free study, including HSBC, NSPCC, Toyota Motor Europe, Telefonica Germany. Visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/TMBenchmark2012-TJ to take part before Friday July 27.
